On Sunday June 28 June, we celebrated the season of winter at the Sutherland Shire Embrace Life Festival, people walked up the stairs surrounded by beautiful white candles, the nurturing sounds of the crystal bowls and flickering fairy lights amongst bare trees, we invited them to enjoy the magic of Winter.

Our growing Embrace Life community was there with open arms, wonderful workshops, demonstrations, displays, musical and stage performances, treatments and readings, all to celebrate local through wellness, art and music, here are some highlights.
